Flinchbaugh Engineering Inc. is a contract manufacturer in York, Pennsylvania, producing close tolerance precision components for commercial, aerospace and defense customers. We machine steel, stainless, aluminum, exotic alloys, and gray and ductile iron, and we finish the job with the inspection records your buyers ask for.
The business has been 100% employee owned since 2002, and it operates alongside Billet Industries as part of one group with a shared standard of work.
Our York campus runs a fleet of CNC machine tools built for 24/7 operations. Single piece flow, built in quality, and decisions made by the people who carry the outcome.
