Flinchbaugh Engineering is a 100% employee owned contract manufacturer in York, Pennsylvania, building close tolerance precision components since 1978. Through our Billet Industries family member, we extend that same quality discipline into aerospace and defense work with full AS9100D certification and ITAR registration.
Across our 180,000 square foot campus, 230 employee owners run 140 CNC machine tools, built for 24/7 operations. Single piece flow, built in quality, and decisions made by the people who own the outcome.
